Diagnosed with Sjogrens disease and not finding relief, I tried the Optimel Manuka drops for dry eye! They are worth the burning for approx 20 seconds! It is natural alcohol in the honey and its stings but passes quickly. The whites of my eyes are white again! My dry eye specialist was amazed at my improvement! Wipe eyes after so eyelashes aren’t sticky!

I note that you have said that Optimel Stings. This is absolutely true, were you prescribed this from an optometrist? We normally explain as it is anti-inflammatory and anti infective. It is used as a specific treatment.
