What it does not do is shift the protein and lipid film that builds on a rigid lens surface every day you wear it. That film is what makes a lens look hazy, what makes vision drift through the afternoon, and what makes a lens that fitted beautifully in March feel scratchy by August. A brief rub with a dedicated cleaner is what removes it — nothing else in the routine does that job.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eUse it every time the lenses come out: a couple of drops on the lens, rub gently between clean fingertips for about ten seconds a side, rinse thoroughly, then store in fresh conditioning solution.
